Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IMPRINT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by the IMPRINT Team ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Thailand.

2. Account Registration

To use IMPRINT, you must sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) from Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs under your IMPRINT account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Content and Data Ownership

You own all content you create in IMPRINT. This includes your journal entries, weekly logs, habits, milestones, people data, time entries, photos, and any other data you input into the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

You may export your data at any time using the in-app export feature. Exported data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM for your protection.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
  • Impersonate another person or entity

5. API Access

IMPRINT may provide API keys for external tool access. API keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. We reserve the right to revoke API access if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Facebook. These integrations are optional and require your explicit consent. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The IMPRINT name, logo, design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of the IMPRINT Team. The Service's source code, user interface, and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the IMPRINT brand, trademarks, or visual identity for any purpose without our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep IMPRINT available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the IMPRINT Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In such cases, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data, unless the violation involves illegal activity or poses a security risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the app or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
